EGADE Business School at the Tecnologico de Monterrey, the leading graduate business school in Latin America, welcomes applications for full-time and online visiting faculty, at any level (from assistant to full).
Qualified candidates should have a PhD in management, organizational behavior, or related field (or be ABD completing this year). Candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to excellence in research and teaching. We particularly welcome candidates with interests in strategic planning, corporate governance, and leadership. We highly value research and strongly support it through a reduced teaching load, access to internal and external research funds, excellent facilities, and a collaborative, research-oriented environment.
As a graduate school, we offer courses at the master's and doctoral level, as well as a robust executive education program. As a faculty member, you will take a leadership role in your area of expertise, developing and teaching courses in English, and actively participating in the life of the school.
