The Department of Language and Communication, University of Southern Denmark (SDU) invites applications for a two and a half year postdoctoral research position starting 1st November 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter. The deadline for applications is
15th August 2022.
The position is embedded in the externally funded project "Determinants of Resilience in Organizational Networks" (DRONe) which investigates how cognitive attitudes amongst employees in a Danish utility company enable resilience to innovative technologies. Methodologically, the candidate should be able to develop agent-based computational simulation modeling of workplace dynamics. Input for the models comes from the integration of a mix of qualitative and quantitative data already available from the utility company on which the project is based.
