I am currently conducting research on Authentic Leadership, Practical Intelligence, and Strategy Execution. I understand that one of the measurements of Practical Intelligence is Tacit Knowledge Inventory for Managers (TKIM) developed by Wagner and Sternberg (1989) consisting of three dimensions (i.e., managing oneself, managing others, and managing tasks) with each dimension having three scenarios. The measurement has a total of 91-item questions. Such measurement takes time to complete (about 45 minutes based on the pilot test conducted on the branch managers of banks).Is there any shorter version of the measurement for Practical Intelligence or Tacit Knowledge Inventory for Managers?
