MOC UP - Mentoring for Junior Scholars

MOC-UP is a space for junior scholars to come together, talk, and share advice on navigating the PhD journey. The programme operates on the principles of peer mentoring, with the aim of establishing positive, empowering, and inclusive environments where participants can ask questions, exchange strategies, and collaborate on problem-solving.

The programme is designed to be flexible and low-burden. Participation is not prescriptive, and mentor/mentee pairs or groups determine the extent and format of their engagement based on their needs and availability.

When registering, participants may choose between:

• Traditional one-to-one mentoring
• Participation in a mentoring group

Information about registration is circulated each year in January/February.
