Are you looking to refine your research identity or chart your career path? For over a decade, Diamonds in the Rough (DIR) has provided career guidance and professional development for junior scholars, including doctoral candidates, postdocs, and assistant professors, across diverse theoretical perspectives and methodologies. Participants who register for the feedback session will be paired with an influential scholar for personalized feedback on their portfolio, followed by a panel discussion and networking session open to all attendees. Join us for candid stories from accomplished scholars, practical career advice, and opportunities to connect with colleagues navigating similar professional journeys.
