Real conversations!
Honest conversations across career stages, disciplines, and experiences.
Overview

MOC Connect brings together scholars with shared research interests through a series of facilitated roundtable discussions. Whether you are a PhD student, junior faculty member, or senior scholar, this informal session offers an opportunity to build meaningful professional connections.

Participants will join conversations centred on key research themes including emotions, meaningful work, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, well-being, identity, and the future of work. Each table is facilitated by leading scholars, creating space for honest discussion, new collaborations, and conversations that extend beyond the conference.

How it works

You’ll rotate through two discussion tables. Each table will be facilitated by distinguished international scholars who will help guide conversation, spark ideas, and build bridges between researchers at all levels. Whether you are seeking advice, collaboration, or simply great conversation, we’d love to have you there.
