    Greetings,

I know time flies when you are having fun, but remember that the deadline for submitting your paper or symposium proposal to the MOC Division for the 2008 Academy of Management meetings is 5:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, January 15th.  Make sure your submission follows the Submission Guidelines.  To see the guidelines, visit the AOM meeting webpage - click on "Call for Submissions" and then on "Submission Guidelines."  In particular,

    A. Your manuscript must be finalized in the electronic submission system.  I have sent e-mails to some of those authors who have listed their submissions on the website, but have not yet finalized those submissions.  I will try to send emails reminding authors to finalize those submissions before Tuesday's deadline.  While I have tried to keep on top of submissions that have come in over the past couple of weeks, if you believe you have submitted a finalized paper or symposium and have not received a confirmation email from me, please return to the website and make sure that your submission has been finalized.  These e-mails would have gone to the author who is listed as the submitter and not to all authors or participants.

    B. Please do not include any author identifying information or acknowledgements to other contributors in your submission.

    C. The length of your submission should be no more than 40 pages including title page, abstract, main body text, figures/graphs/tables and references.

    D. Your submission must include the 5-digit identification number (provided by the online system at the time of submission) in the header of the paper.

As the deadline approaches, if you have any questions about the process, please let me know.  The MOC Division looks forward to receiving your papers and symposium proposals.

Reviewer assignments will be coming your way (for those of you who signed up to review) soon, hopefully by the end of the week.  Take care.
