Are you a doctoral student or junior faculty member studying issues related to cognition? If so, the
MOC division has a PDW consortium with you in mind! The Diamonds in the Rough (DIR) consortium
provides an excellent opportunity to hear about the paths that senior faculty have taken in studying
cognition, receive personalized feedback about managing your own research stream, and build
connections with other emerging as well as seasoned scholars studying cognition in organizations.
