    Rice University has one open-rank tenure/tenure-track position in Organizational Behavior starting Fall 2012. This position supports the continued expansion of the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business.

    Qualifications
    This open-rank position will be filled by an individual actively conducting research who can effectively teach courses in organizational behavior, has a disciplinary background in organizational behavior, organizational or social psychology, or sociology and holds a strong scholarly research record appropriate to rank. For PhD candidates, evidence of the potential for high-impact, independent research is essential. Salary and summer support are competitive with other major research universities, and faculty enjoy generous research support and resources.
