    Dear Colleagues, 

    At the Management Consulting Division (MCD) of the Academy of Management (AOM), we strongly believe that research and practice needs to be integrated. Thus, we not only welcome submissions from all scholarly groups, but in fact, WE ENCOURAGE YOU: Academicians, Consultants, Teachers, Students and Industry Partners, to share with US your knowledge, experience and research outcomes... Let´s build together interesting discussions, explore ideas and generate synergy! 

    Thus, as the 2015-2016 MCD Program Chair, I INVITE YOU TO SUBMIT your Research Papers, Field Reports and Case Studies for the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting in Anaheim, California, August 5-9, 2016 as soon as possible. --> If you need general guidelines for writing a paper or field report, please send me an email.

    Be aware that the AOM submission system is NOW OPEN and that the deadline for submission is January 12th, 2016. For more information please check out the Call for Submissions at http://aom.org/annualmeeting/submission/call/mc/
