Hi all,
I'm looking for
examples where
misuse/misunderstanding of information/knowledge/process applied in a supply chain situation resulted in a disaster/problem
. If you can recommend a relevant case study (and a short movie) which can be incorporated into a lecture at this subject, it would be greatly appreciated.
In addition, if you can direct me to any case studies, reports, or media on the
"Gimli Glider"-
that would be very helpful too.
Thank you in advance,
Meyrav
