The Officers of the Academy of Management's Managerial and Organizational Cognition Division (MOC) wish everyone a very happy and successful new year. We look forward to meeting you at the 2014 Annual Meeting! The 2014 74th annual meeting of Academy of Management Annual Meeting will be held August 1-5, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
The MOC division focus is on the study of how organization members model reality and how such models interact with behaviors. Major topics include: attention, attribution, decision making, ideology, information processing, learning, memory, mental representations and images, perceptual and interpretive processes, social construction, and symbols.
