To MOC members,
A newly designed section of my website introduces the concept of NATURAL CORPORATE MANAGEMENT (NCM), based upon genetic, evolutionary, and neuroscience components that underlie and help drive corporate management, including behavioral, organizational, and eco-environmental relationships. The NCM concept, natural science infrastructure, basic operating principles, and areas of managerial application are described. Faculty and students may download full-text articles and research papers, and consult a broad range of references.
I believe there is significant overlap of conceptual, theoretical, and research interests between NCM and the general interests of MOC members. I would welcome your comments, pro and con.
A recent book review of Paul Herr's Primal Management (AMACOM, 2009) may also be of interest.

Thank you and best wishes,
