Help the MOC division create a GREAT program in Boston!
Please volunteer to review for the MOC division and provide up to three high quality reviews for
fellow members. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE REVIEWED IN THE PAST, YOU STILL NEED
TO SIGN UP AGAIN FOR THE 2012 MEETING.
To sign up, please visit
http://review.aomonline.org/ and click the ?Sign Up Now? button. You will
have to create a user account and choose your areas of expertise (i.e. keywords) for the divisions
or interest groups for which you want to review. The signup process should not take more than 10
minutes.
And, don't forget ... Submit YOUR best work to the MOC division! You can even self-nominate for
our prestigious awards:
The first award, sponsored by Information Age Publishing, will be awarded to the Best Paper
submitted to the MOC division. The second award will be for the Best Student Paper (the paper may
be co-authored, but the student must be the first author). If you wish to be considered for the best
student paper award, please be sure to mark the box identifying your submission as a student
submission when uploading your paper to the AOM website. The third award is the Best Boundary
Spanning Paper Award, honoring the MOC paper submission that best spans boundaries normally
demarcated by Academy divisions, and especially that uses MOC concepts and literatures to enable
this bridging. The aim of the Best Boundary Spanning award is to encourage research that connects
MOC with other important fields of management, and leads to theoretical and empirical
contributions that are more interdisciplinary. The winning papers for all three awards will be
selected by a panel of distinguished MOC scholars.
Thanks in advance for volunteering, and thanks for making the MOC program great!
