    Description:

    McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management invites applications for positions in Organizational Behavior at the assistant, associate, or full professor level. Mid-career scholars are especially encouraged to apply.

     

    The Organizational Behavior Area (www.mcgill.ca/desautels/research/specializations/ob) is seeking to attract individuals with high research potential or achievement to build on the Area's and the Faculty's tradition of research. Successful candidate(s) will be expected to conduct a sustained, high quality research program, to work actively with doctoral students and to teach classes in our undergraduate and graduate programs. Successful senior faculty candidates will also be expected to help provide leadership and direction in the OB Area and to mentor junior faculty. Research and elective courses may be within any domain of Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management or Labor Relations. Salary and rank are commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and research record.

     

    McGill's Desautels Faculty of Management (www.mcgill.ca/desautels) offers a collegial, research-oriented atmosphere. With 71 current tenured/tenure track professors, the Faculty is committed to continuing growth in the coming years.     Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will have a strong record of research publication, evidence of effective teaching, and clear promise of pursuing an interesting and innovative research agenda.
