Hello:
I am looking for an instrument to measure the organizational commitment of individual to organizational innovation. It is not uncommon for an organizational innovation to take more than a year. The organization has communicated the coming change, but time has past. My research is examining the extent of commitment to the innovation (change).
Any recommendations on instruments would be greatly appreciated.
