perceived autonomy

    Dear colleagues,
    In the context of implementation of an Information Technology system in an organization, I’m looking for a survey that measures perceived autonomy of the system--the extent to which the members perceive the system as autonomous. In the same context, I am also looking for scales that measure attribution of cognitive agency (to the system) and attribution of moral agency (to the system).  Any help in pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
