    Hi Fabio,
Here is the listing for the PDW I was hoping you'd post. Do I post it to RM and OT separately or can you help take care of that?
    Thanks,
    Kristin Price

Pushing the Frontiers of Organizational Identity: Creative & Multi-Level Research on Organizational Identity

The main objective of this session is to stimulate discussion on methodological approaches to studying organizational identity. The participants have expressed an interest in both the multi-level nature of identity research, as well as new and creative ways to gather and apply identity-related data to different domains in organizational theory and behavior. This session will provide an opportunity for seasoned researchers to share techniques, tips, and hurdles relevant to the work they are presently doing and have done in the past.

The session, as planned, is to be broken into three sections. The first will be a short presentation from each participant, followed by a brief questions and answer period. A substantial amount of time will be given to break-out sessions where presenters can begin a more detailed discussion with those attendees who are most interested in a given topic. We will conclude with summaries from each group and an overall wrap up of any remaining or newly raised issues. Attendees have been asked to pre-register so that their interests can be assessed and we can suggest particular panel participants with which attendees should match up. Panelists include: Kimberly Elsbach, Michael Pratt, Mary Jo Hatch, Denny Gioia, Majken Shultz, Marlena Fiol, Shelley Brickson, Greta Hsu, Giacomo Negro, Kevin Corley, Kevin Rockmann, Marc Ventresca, and James Tan.

Topics that will be presented include: Using innovative methodological techniques for organizational identity research; applying organizational identity research to new domains in organizational theory and behavior; assessing multiple aspects of employee identity (e.g. profession, organization, group, etc.) in organizational contexts; and assessing collective and individual identity.

Pre-registration is encouraged. If interested, please email Kristin Price (knp115@psu.edu) and include a few sentences about your present research interests.
