    Research Fellow, Strategic Management

    Faculty of Management

    £22,500 - £32,000 p.a.
    (Fixed term for 12 months)

    This is an opportunity for a research fellow in strategy at one of Europe's
    leading business schools.  Cass has a 5-rating in the 2001 RAE, a large and
    dynamic research community, and close links with the City of London.  The
    candidate will work as part of the strategic management group alongside
    Professor Julia Balogun during her AIM Ghoshal Fellowship, on research into
    strategic planning and change, and to deliver publications in high profile
    journals.

    Candidates should hold, or be close to completing, a PhD in a relevant
    field, with an interest in strategy development and strategic change.
    Experience of qualitative research is desirable.  Candidates should also
    have strong communication and project management skills. More details of
