The aim of this caucus is twofold: First, this caucus strives to generate a deeper understanding of the different forms and manifestations of play in organizations. Play is a fundamental aspect of human nature that, although not always recognized as such, is in fact unavoidable in organizational life. Hence, different work settings, such as a trading floor or an assembly line, may produce different manifestations of play. Second, it aims to shed light on the benefits and tensions related to integrating play and work.

    Scheduled: Tuesday, Aug 9 2016 3:00pm - 4:30pm at Anaheim Convention Center, Room 304D.

So if you have a late flight home on Tuesday, and you are looking for a great way to finish the conference on an energizing note, please join us for a lively discussion on play at work!

    Cheers,

    Lyndon and Ulrich
