Back in the old days (late 1990s) there was a special edition of Managerial and Decision Economics on “Management, Organization, and Human Nature”.
I’ve the co-author of its introduction:
@article{markoczy1999management,
title={Management, organization and human nature: an introduction},
author={Mark{\'o}czy, L{\'\i}via and Goldberg, Jeff},
journal={Managerial and Decision Economics},
volume={19},
number={7-8},
pages={387--409},
year={1999},
publisher={John Wiley \& Sons, Ltd.}
}
A pre-print exists here:

You will also find that Nigel Nicholson (London Business School) has written about Evolutionary Psychology, anthropology, and leadership.
I’ve been out of academia for a while, so I can’t really address more recent developments or work, but if other things come to mind, I will let you know.
Cheers,
-j
