              International Journal of Organizational Analysis (IJOA)

    IJOA is a quarterly journal that publishes original theoretical and empirical articles that address national and international issues falling into the following domains:

     
    • Organization theory
    • Organizational behavior
    • Strategic management
    • Human resource management
    • Business and society, ethics and values
    In addition, IJOA publishes case studies, research notes, simulations, book reviews, and teaching notes.
