The Department has ten full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty members as well as nine educator faculty in the areas of organizational behavior, strategy, international business, and entrepreneurship. We also have an active doctoral program that ranges from 40 to 50 students within the college and 6-9 students within the department.

Our faculty members are actively engaged in research and publish in the leading journals, including: Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organizational Research Methods, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal. In addition to a strong research culture, our Department is committed to quality teaching.

Cincinnati combines small-town friendliness with all of the advantages of a big city. It offers both an affordable cost of living and a vibrant downtown district filled with events and attractions, including a vibrant concert scene, craft breweries, professional sports, a world-class zoo, and an aquarium right across the river. It also has a thriving arts community including a ballet, opera, art museums, symphony, and theater. In 2023, Cincinnati was ranked as the #1 best city to live in Ohio by the U.S. News & World Report. The University is strategically located in a diverse business environment that includes more Fortune 500 companies per capita than New York, Los Angeles, Boston, or Chicago.

The Search Committee will continue to accept and review completed applications until the position is filled.
