In an increasingly complex and uncertain world, responsible decision-making has never been more crucial for managers and leaders. Our session addresses this challenge by introducing the WiseUp Game, an experiential tool developed as part of the EU-funded WiseUp2Succeed Erasmus+ project. This innovative game integrates the concept of phronesis-practical wisdom-into management education, helping learners navigate ethical dilemmas, sustainability challenges, and stakeholder complexity with clarity and compassion.
What to Expect:
A brief exploration of the importance of responsible decision-making and the genesis of the WiseUp Game
A hands-on demonstration of the game and its application in management classrooms
An open forum for discussion, insights, and collaborative exchange
Piloted in seven countries and with over 100 students, the WiseUp Game has proven effective in promoting reflective, ethical, and sustainable leadership. You'll leave the session with ready-to-use teaching resources, classroom integration tips, and an opportunity to connect with a global community shaping the future of management education.
