Hello MOC members!
It's that time of year again! We are hoping for a robust, constructive review experience for MOC submitters this year, but that depends on you! Please sign up here to review: Reviewing for Academy of Management and choose MOC as your division or interest group. The deadline to sign up to review is Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 5 pm EST.
The more people who sign up, the better quality reviews that everyone gets. All reviewers will receive a certificate of reviewing participation from the MOC division and reviewers who complete detailed, constructive, positive reviews may receive a "Best Reviewer" award.
If you want to learn more about reviewing for AOM (and for journals as well), we are here to help! The MOC division will be running a reviewing webinar on January 22, 2025, from 11am-12pm EST as part of our new "MOC Development and Outreach for Conference Success" (MOC-DOCS). Featuring outstanding reviewer awardees, Kira Shabram and Laura Sonday, and facilitated by Liza Barnes and Luke Hedden. You can register for that event here! All reviewers signed up will receive an email with specific reviewing tips and guidelines before the review deadline.
So if you are new to reviewing, please sign up! And if you have students who are new to reviewing, this is a perfect opportunity for them to learn.
