Would you like some feedback on a research project or idea relating to positive relationships at work? We invite you to join our PDW at AOM titled, Hatching New Ideas Through Conversation: A Research Incubator on Positive Relationships at Work. The session is on Saturday, August 05, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM, in the Liberty Ballroom B, Sheraton. 

In order to pre-organize groups by related interests, we are asking participants to submit a brief description of your project or idea (limit of 1,000 words) to Melissa Chamberlin (mc6@iastate.edu) by JULY 30, 2023 (the program says by June 30, but we extended it a month to allow more people to join). Your description should include the following: primary research questions or hypotheses, how your research broadly connects to the theoretical umbrella of relationships at work, methodology, current stage of the project/idea, and what you hope to gain from the session. As soon as we finish collecting submissions, we will sort them into groups, and then email the write-ups to each group, so you can read each other's submissions and come ready to give feedback. 

Even if you don't have a project or idea that you would like to incubate, you are welcome to come hear about other people's ideas and offer feedback. We would love to see you!
