    Hi MOC Division,

I'm thrilled to invite you to a PDW that aims to develop participants' capacity to use the systems psychodynamic approach in their research. The PDW will be held on Friday, August 3rd from 10am in America South (4th floor) of the Westin Copley Place Boston. The systems psychodynamic approach explores unconscious dimensions of novel or problematic features of organizations and organizing processes, an offers a new perspective to many of the issues we're studying in management. We find that people are intrigued by it but often unsure how to bring it to their research - hence the PDW!

The PDW is in two parts, the first an introduction to systems psychodynamics and open to all; the second an opportunity for those who pre-register to apply this lens to a current or prospective piece of their own research and discuss it in small groups. Those interested in receiving feedback on a specific research project will need to submit a 500 word summary by 20 July to Jennifer Petriglieri (Jennifer.petriglieri@insead.edu).

All are welcome to attend and I hope to see you there.

Jennifer Petriglieri,  on behalf of Stephanie Creary, Robin Ely, Michael Jarrett, Bill Kahn, Sally Maitlis, Gianpiero Petriglieri, and Preeti Varma.
