Management scholars have proposed a range of solutions to address the field's credibility crisis, such as pre-registration, registered reports, causal identification, and data sharing. Yet, these practices remain underused, and conversations across different approaches are rare. This PDW has two goals:
- To offer a hands-on introduction to key credibility-enhancing practices in management research.
- To foster a cross-disciplinary "credibility community" that connects researchers passionate about rigor, transparency, and impact.
Whether you are already engaged in reform or just getting started, this PDW will provide practical insights and a valuable network.
