We would like to make you aware of a Special Issue on Friendships over the Lifespan in Work, Aging & Retirement.
We welcome any form of empirical papers focusing on topics such as lifespan perspectives on friendship, friendships during transitions (e.g., careers, retirement), how organizational and employment factors affect friendships, dynamic processes and spillovers, and challenges of friendships at work and how to overcome them.
The Special Issue has a 2-step submission process:

proposal submission (1,000 words maximum without references) by March 31, 2026

full paper submission (if invited) by January 31, 2027
