Many of us engage in practices that help us cultivate inner centering, foster team cohesion, and create a deeper sense of belonging in our communities and workplaces. In this spirit, we warmly invite you to lead a 55-minute interactive session during the retreat. We are particularly interested in sessions that emerge from your lived experience and reflect practices meaningful to your personal, professional, or spiritual journey. If you are interested in contributing, please submit your proposal through the following link: https://jh.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2t8i2ra5TZ12rmS

The deadline for submitting session proposals is April 15, 2026.

You can find the details here: MSR Retreat

We encourage contributions that draw from your own spiritual or religious traditions while also being accessible and relevant across diverse contexts, workplaces, and cultures. The intention is to create a shared space where practices can travel across boundaries and invite collective reflection and engagement. In previous retreats, participants have offered sessions on meditation practices, the Catholic Rosary, Hindu chanting, shadow work and self-inquiry, Quaker clearness committees, Aikido and yoga, and art and poetry as forms of spiritual expression. These examples are meant to inspire rather than limit, and we welcome innovative approaches that embody the theme of lived experience as a pathway to spiritual flourishing.

Session Expectations: Sessions should be highly interactive and experiential, with a 55-minute format. Participation in the retreat is voluntary, and while many individuals may register, attendance across sessions may vary depending on interest and timing. We encourage you to be creative and to think expansively about how your practice can be shared in an online setting. The organizing team will be happy to support you in adapting your session for the virtual format.
