Join us in the 14th Diamonds in the Rough (DIR) PDW at AoM2026! Diamonds in the Rough (DIR) is a professional development workshop designed for doctoral students, postdoctoral scholars, and junior faculty seeking to refine their research identity and career trajectory. The workshop combines personalized feedback sessions with experienced scholars and an interactive panel discussion on navigating academic careers. DIR provides a structured yet supportive environment to receive developmental feedback, build connections, and engage with a diverse community of scholars across methodological and theoretical traditions.
