    Hi all,

Join us in the 13th Diamonds in the Rough (DIR) PDW at AoM2025! DIR is designed for doctoral students in their final two years, postdocs, and pre-tenured faculty. You do not need to be an MOC member or attend AoM2025 in person to receive personalized feedback from leading scholars.

As an early career researcher, you will be paired with an influential scholar and 2-3 other participants for a friendly chat and feedback on your individual portfolio. These personalized sessions may be held in Copenhagen or virtually, before or after the AoM2025, at the convenience of the facilitating scholar and their designated participants. This year's facilitators are: Alex Murray, Ashley Hardin, Caroline Bartel, Elad Sherf, Frances Milliken, Giselle Antoine, Henrik Bresman, Kristin Smith-Crowe, Lindy Greer, Marla Baskerville, Maxim Sytch, Michel Anteby, Mike Christian, Nick Mmbaga, Phil Thompson, Samir Nurmohamed, Shelley Brickson, Teresa Cardador, and Tim Vogus.

Portfolio Materials: Complete CV and an Overview of your Research Identity [who you are, what you study, and where you hope to go in one page or less. You may also provide an additional figure highlighting the connection between your research projects (this will not count towards the one page)].
Open for submissions now; Registration closes on JULY 1st, 2025.

In addition, we will meet in person in Copenhagen for the 13th edition of the Diamonds in the Rough (DIR) PDW.

This PDW features panels and networking opportunities for facilitators and attendees. The topic of the 13th DIR is "networking in academia",

We will have a panel with Laura Sonday, Jen Petriglieri, and Alyson Meister, about "How to Build your Network in Academia", followed by a panel with Jordan Nielsen, Ashley Hardin, and Chris Barnes about "How to Nurture your Network in Academia."
