    Interviews can help researchers get rich accounts from informants. However, interviews pose multiple interpretive challenges that researchers need to consider. This webinar will explore methodological guidelines for a more reflexive approach to qualitative research and how our interpretive approaches can help enrich our insights about phenomena.

    About the speaker:

    Mats Alvesson is a Professor of Organization Studies at Lund University. His research projects focus on leadership, functional stupidity in organizations and experiences of bureaucracy and managerial work in universities.  His research interests include critical theory, gender, power, management of professional service (knowledge intensive) organizations, leadership, identity, organizational image, organizational culture and symbolism, qualitative methods and philosophy of science.
