On this upcoming episode of AMJ Radio Live, host Nettra Pan chats with Sue Ashford about leader identity. In an AMJ article led by Julia Lee Cunningham, Sue and her co-authors found that employees' anticipation of how others think of them could be obstacles to identifying themselves as leaders. Specifically, fearing that colleagues might see them as bossy, unqualified, or different could discourage a leader identity. Join our conversation this Wednesday to learn more.
