On this upcoming episode of AMJ Radio Live, host Nettra Pan chats with Lisa Leslie about the effectiveness of diversity initiatives in organizations. In an AMJ article, Lisa and her co-authors found that leaders can more effectively motivate employees to achieve diversity goals when they are transparent about the challenges that need to be overcome, instead of purely emphasizing diversity's value and benefits.
