    The Organizations and Innovation Group at the UCL School of Management is seeking applications for faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels. We are particularly interested in research related to creativity, innovation, social networks, and related topics. The anticipated start date is 1 September 2020. We welcome applications from candidates pursuing topics related to either macro or micro organizational behavior.

UCL offers more than 200 undergraduate programmes and more than 400 taught postgraduate programmes. Approximately 55% of the student community is engaged in graduate studies, with about 30% of these graduate students pursuing research degrees.

    The UCL School of Management consists of five research groups: 
    Organizations & Innovation, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, Operations & Technology, Marketing & Analytics, and Finance, Accounting & Economics. The Organizations and Innovation group includes Martin Kilduff, Sarah Harvey, Chia-Jung Tsay, James Berry, Colin Fisher, Joe Gladstone, Verena Krause, Blaine Landis, and Sunny Lee.

    The School offers BSc, MSc, MBA and PhD programmes in Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Technology Management for Business, Management Science. The School also teaches a variety of elective courses in finance, management and entrepreneurship for students from across UCL. See mgmt.ucl.ac.uk for more information about the school. 

    Successful candidates should have (or be close to completing) a Ph.D. from an accredited institution, possess a strong research record or demonstrate research potential in the area of organizational behavior (or a similar field) with a focus on producing world-leading research.
