AOM 2020 Theme asked us to broaden our sight by breaking down dichotomies and broadening the way we "see" management and organizations and our own profession. Recent events in the world have thrust us into the position to really do this work. Not only to see ourselves anew, but to create synergies, increase our valued-added, and create positive results for individuals, organizations and society, and the field of management and organizations. The MOC Executive Committee and members have put a tremendous amount of work into reimagining what our conference (e.g., PDWs, MOC Connecting Social, Papers & Symposia) can be in a virtual context and we hope you are enjoying the program.

1. Best Student Led Paper:
