    Dear MOC Division Colleagues

Owing to the current situation caused by COVID-19, the paper submission deadline for the Twelfth International Conference on Emotions and Organizational Life (Emonet XII) has now been further extended to Monday, 27 April, 2020! So there is still time to visit the Emonet site to view the Call for Papers and to submit your best work!

In view of current travel and crowd restrictions, we will no longer run a physical conference as planned in Lancaster (in the UK) as planned.  Instead, we will run the conference as a Virtual Conference (details to be released presently).  The good news is that we can now run the conference with no registration fee.  Note also that papers will still be reviewed and considered for inclusion in forthcoming volumes of Research on Emotion in Organizations.

As advised earlier, we are still in need of reviewers.  Thanks to everyone who has already signed up to review papers, but we still need more reviewers if we are to ensure that each submitted paper received at least three reviewers and no reviewer has to deal with too many papers.

The reviewing period will be tight, however. After a brief reviewers' paper bidding period, we will complete assigning submissions to reviewers by the end of April and send them out accordingly. We will also be asking you to return your reviews by mid-May, thus allowing us to send out our decisions early in June. If you volunteer to review, please make sure that your schedule is adjusted to take account of this work.

If you would like to volunteer to review for this conference, please advise by sending an e-mail to Conference Coordinator Ms. Audrey Teh (a.y.l.teh@lancaster.ac.uk) as soon as you can.

We look forward to hearing from you – the more reviewers, the lighter the load for everyone.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
