The Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University seeks a post-doctoral research fellow interested in the domain of behavioral ethics. This is a two and a half year position, ideally starting in July 2020.
Professors Ann E. Tenbrunsel (University of Notre Dame), Lily Morse (West Virginia University), and Abhijeet K. Vadera (Singapore Management University) will jointly collaborate with the post-doctoral research fellow. The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will be primarily based at Singapore Management University in Singapore.
The post-doctoral research fellow will collaborate and support grant-funded research in the domain of behavioral ethics. He/she will also be expected to assist with grant management, and to lead research assistants and graduate students effectively to conduct the research. There will be no teaching responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD (candidates who have completed and submitted their dissertation may also be considered) in organizational behavior (or closely related field such as human resources management, social psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, industrial labor relations, applied economics, etc.). The candidate should also demonstrate a strong research capability as evidenced by good publication records. Prior research experience in behavioral ethics is an advantage. Expertise in research methods (including but not limited to laboratory experiments and field survey research design) and competence in advanced quantitative data analysis (via SPSS, Mplus, R, etc.) would also be advantageous.
