Please consider submitting your paper, symposium, panel for Eastern Academy of Management Annual Meeting, May 17-20, 2022 in Portland, ME. This is the time to do so. https://www.eaom.org/EAM-2022Theme: This year's conference theme, "Resilience and Reinvention: Moving Forward," focuses on the need for organizations to respond in new and different ways during a period of dynamic change as they have been compelled to innovate to remain competitive. Our conference theme challenges us to reflect on the past as we consider move forward into the future. We welcome submissions that address the conference theme or traditional management topics.
Keynote Speaker: We are pleased to announce Caryn Beck-Dudley, President and CEO of AACSB International as our keynote speaker. Join us for both the keynote speech, and the more casual, "Conversation with Caryn" afterwards.
Tracks: EAM 2022 will feature a variety of sessions including: scholarly papers, symposia, panels, cases, experiential exercises, professional development workshops, and distinguished speakers. Scholarly papers are double-blind reviewed, and accepted papers are published in a digital proceedings. Awards are given for outstanding papers, and outstanding reviewers are acknowledged in the program.

Place: The conference will be held at the Westin Harborview in Portland, Maine. The Westin originally opened in 1927 as the Eastland Park Hotel and has been restored to a full-service hotel with modern amenities. It is located in the Old Port area of Portland, where you can explore this historic place. You will also find a wide array of fine restaurants in the Old Port area, as Portland has become a "foodie" town. Our local arrangements team is hard at work to make sure that your experience at EAM will be fun, comfortable and engaging.
