Hi all,
We're excited to share the details of our AOM 2024 PDW, Collectively Putting the Pieces Together: A Positive Relationships at Work Research Hackathon, which earned the 'Most Innovative Format PDW Award' for the OB Division!
This session aims to facilitate the continued growth of positive relationships at work scholarship by engaging in a "hackathon" to collectively develop actionable research questions, designs, and applications that will help advance research and teaching on positive relationships at work. To wrap up the session, our esteemed discussants (Emily Heaphy and Kevin Rockmann) will offer their thoughts on hackathon insights and the future of positive relationships at work research more broadly. We look forward to an engaging, energizing session and hope to see you all there!
Thanks and take care,
