    About the group and department: the Organizational Behaviour group is part of the largest Subject Area (aka department) in the College of Business, Management https://www.ucd.ie/quinn/facultyresearch/subjectareas/management/  OB members include Maeve Houlihan, Paul McGrath, Virginia Stewart, Jacob Eisenberg and Mary Parkinson. Faculty members with substantial interest in OB areas include Karan Sonpar, Ciaran Heavy and Kate McLoughlin. Members from other Subject Areas (S.A.) also carry out research related to OB themes.

    The college itself is diverse in terms of scholarly interests and nationalities of both faculty and students; the UCD CoB is the most international business school in Ireland, with the most international cohort of students and UCD has the most international faculty as well as postgraduate student body in Ireland.
