The Haskayne School of Business and the Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources (OBHR) department area will be hosting a research workshop entitled Working Together: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Organizations on Thursday, October 10, and Friday, October 11, at the Alt Hotel - University District, in Calgary Alberta. We invite you to submit your work-in-progress to participate in this unique workshop.

Working Together: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Organizations will provide faculty and PhD students a unique opportunity to develop their working papers with leading scholars in EDI and OBHR including: Drs. Alicia Grandey, Lilia Cortina, Mikki Hebl, Sandy Hershcovis, Oscar Holms IV, Sonia Kang, and Eden King.
Workshop Details
Paper Feedback
Workshop participants will be grouped with one of the seven mentors and up to six participating colleagues based on research interests. Each mentor and group member will read and provide verbal feedback on accepted papers.
Location and Schedule
The workshop will take place near the UCalgary main campus at Alt Hotel located in the University District. Programming includes research roundtables, an editor panel, keynote speakers, and special events. A keynote address by Dr. Mikki Hebl and Dr. Eden King as part of UCalgary's Courageous Conversations series entitled Working Together: Practicing the Science of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will take place on the afternoon of Thursday, October 10.
