The Outreach and Integration Committee (OIC) works on ways to improve outreach to and integration of MOC members, connecting members from different locations, membership types, methodological orientations, and theoretical domains. Each year, members of the OIC committee organize a number of international conferences that assemble researchers from all over the world. The concept beyond these conferences is simple and compelling. Meetings are hold in a casual, low key, yet energizing, research-focused, and developmentally oriented atmosphere that allows to build a stronger worldwide community of MOC scholars.

The International Representative at Large of MOC division is in charge to facilitate the implementation of activities and initiatives steered by the OIC committee. Current and past Rep-at-Large are: Laura Illia, IE University  (ES), 2014-2017; Davide Ravasi, Cass Business School, City University London (UK), 2011-2014; Sally Maitlis, Said Business School, University of Oxford (UK), 2018-20011; Elizabeth George, HKUST Business School, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HK), 2005-2008.

Current members of the OIC committee include Viktor Dörfler, University of Strathclyde, (UK); Laura Illia, IE University (ES); Kristian Sund University of Roskilde (DK); Nicole Rosenkranz, ETH Zurich (CH); Emmanuel Monod (Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University).

If you are a member of MOC and are eager to propose any international initiative which bridges theoretical and geographical frontiers of MOC division please contact the current International Representative at Large of MOC, Laura Illia, at laura.illia@ie.edu. We are always happy to include more members and/or explore new ideas about how to extend MOC boundaries!
